Gopher Manor is co-ed housing for University of Minnesota students. Males and females live here — we're all Gophers!
🛏️ Are the rooms furnished?
7 bedrooms are unfurnished and 2 bedrooms come furnished. Check the Bedrooms page for details on which rooms include furniture.
🐾 Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the property.
⚡ Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included in rent and are split equally among all tenants in the house.
🚗 Is parking available?
Yes! We offer 12 free off-street parking spaces right behind the house. No fees, no meters — just park and go.
👕 Is there laundry?
Yes! There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the house — no laundromat trips needed.
🚭 Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.
🔧 How do maintenance requests work?
